Words Of Inspiration (#40)

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character” – Martin Luther King, Jnr

The words of Martin Luther King, Jnr still ring through my ears as if I were there in person when he made his “dream” speech. Its not hard to see that he believed in one act! Unity, and not just any kind of unity but unity among people of various culture diversities, race and or colour.

Some 50+ years forward to this present day and racism is still one disease that has managed to creep up into the tree of “killer diseases” literally. I find it hard to relate to someone who hates on another race, or better still, discriminates another race. We must remember that we were created individually different, but collectively in Gods image.

Therefore, regardless of the fact that you were born white, and another person was born black or vice versa does not give you any right to discriminate them. If God didn’t want us to be on this same earth together, He would have created different planets for each race. We must let go of this ignorant and childish behaviour.

Its time to accept each other for who he we are. Embrace our diverse cultures, and come together to strive and achieve one goal, PEACE! We can only make this world as stained as it is already, a better place by learning to accept each other. Forming one choral understanding and unifying our hearts, voices and souls in one piece!

Don’t be a victim of race slandering. KICK RACISM OUT!!!
