Everyday is a blessing, no matter how yesterday was. I tend to think people view others who wake up with smiles on their faces as those who do not experience hardships or think less of the less privileged. Its stereotypical thinking like this that has the world having this feel of divisional ambience. Where the rich and the poor don’t mix or the happy and unhappy don’t dine at the same table.
I have a dream, and no I’m no MLK so don’t even draw in that card. I have a dream that all people will see themselves more than just in the present situation. More importantly to understand that divisions only pull us apart marginally and breeds envy, jealousy and hatred. It might sound like a load of bull but in actual sense no one is rich, and no one is poor.
If you want to talk in monetary terms then sure but that’s a sign of division. Besides, a boss of a company earns his riches via his employees and when you really think about it, its his employees who deserve the more pay rather than the boss. They put in all the extra miles and hours to ensure the company moves so why aren’t they rich?
Personally, everyone is the same irrespective of the present situation. The people we define as poor are rich in heart, and have the potential to prove their value and gain wealth. However if the wealthy fail to put their trust in these people, or better yet if they tend to treat them worse than their present situation is, that gap we try to bridge everyday will only keep widening.
We can all learn from each other, we all have potential and we can be who and what we want to be if we put our trust and belief in ourselves, in one and another but 1st and most importantly, in God. Also, rather than being irked by peoples positive and bubbly energy, draw inspiration from them. Let that energy rub on you and know that days will bring in joy and days will bring in trials but we are just pawns to this chess life.
Be UNITED in reasoning and living, but divided in stereotyping and negligence.
